Expansion of satellite IoT payload units and extension of Lora functionality.
Details:
● Supports selecting between sending regular messages and messages with ACK;
● Supports ephemeris broadcast reception;
● Supports receiving ACK broadcast/service data issued by on-board payloads;
● Supports point-to-point communication;
● Supports RS485 connection to sensors or other input/output devices; (TTL signal for module)
● Supports power/status indicator lights (module reserved driver signal);
● Upward speed supports 200bps and 800bps;
